These terms govern your use of ActiSoft. By creating an account you agree to them.
ActiSoft provides clinic management software on a subscription basis. We may add, change or remove features to improve the service.
You must provide accurate details and verify your email to create a clinic. You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity in your clinic space.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, send spam, or use it to store unlawful content. You must have the right to store any patient data you enter and must comply with applicable health and privacy laws.
Paid plans are billed per clinic, per month. Prices are in INR and exclusive of taxes. Trials do not require a credit card.
Your clinic data is yours. You can export it at any time. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or for inactivity as described above.
