This policy explains what ActiSoft ("we", "the service") collects when you sign up for and use the service, and how we handle it. By creating an account you agree to this policy.

Who we are

ActiSoft is clinic management software. Each clinic operates in its own private space. The clinic is the controller of the patient data it enters, and we process that data on the clinic's behalf.

What we collect

• Account details you provide at sign up: your name, clinic name and email address.
• Usage and technical data needed to run the service securely, such as your IP address, browser type and activity timestamps.
• Clinic data you enter into the service, such as patient records, appointments and billing. This belongs to your clinic.

How we use it

• To create and run your clinic space, and verify your email at sign up.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and provide support.
• To contact you about your account and important service notices.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the platform (for example hosting and messaging), and only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.

Retention

We keep your account and clinic data while your clinic is active. Trial clinics that are not used for a continuous period may be warned and then removed, as described in our Terms. You can request export or deletion at any time.

Your choices

You can access, correct, export or delete your clinic's data from within the app, or by contacting us. Email actilifephysiotherapy@gmail.com.

Security

Each clinic runs in an isolated space with its own credentials. We use encryption in transit and apply reasonable safeguards, though no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
